The Municipality of Sofia launched a campaign to assess and improve policies and practices for migrant integration and developed an agenda for the next 3 to 5 years to positively influence citizens by engaging them in awareness raising campaigns. This campaign directly involved over a thousand citizens and reach hundreds of thousands through videos aired in the metro and tramways.
